1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Playbook Terminal's website, web app and mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You're responsible for making sure your use of the Service — and any trading you carry out — is lawful in the country where you live. Financial regulations vary by jurisdiction, and it's your responsibility to comply with your local rules.
3. What the Service is — and isn't
Playbook Terminal generates structured market "playbooks" that bring together live prices, news, the economic calendar, positioning, levels, risk and a reasoned directional read across a range of instruments.
- It is an analysis, research and education tool.
- It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- It is not a signals service, and it does not tell you to buy or sell.
- It is not a regulated financial advisor, broker or trade-execution platform.
Any directional read, confidence score or commentary is one structured interpretation of available information — not a recommendation, prediction or guarantee. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.
4. Your account
You sign in using a secure link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Let us know promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
5. Plans, trials and billing
- We offer a free Basic tier and paid Plus and Pro subscriptions, billed monthly. Current pricing is shown on our website and in the app.
- New users may receive a one-time 48-hour full Pro trial. If you don't cancel before a paid subscription begins, the applicable fee will apply.
- Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play and our subscription provider. Manage, renew or cancel your subscription through your app-store account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable; refunds for app-store purchases are handled under the relevant store's policy.
- Free-tier usage is subject to fair daily limits, which we may adjust to keep the Service sustainable.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the playbooks or output without our permission; attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the Service; circumvent usage limits, paywalls or security measures; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, software and the structure and presentation of its output, belongs to Playbook Terminal and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and to use generated playbooks for your own trading and learning. Underlying market data and news remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Third-party data and links
The Service relies on third-party market-data, news and calendar sources, and may link to third-party sites such as brokers. We don't control that content and aren't responsible for its accuracy or availability. Data may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally incorrect.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be correct or profitable. Markets are uncertain and no tool can remove that risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playbook Terminal will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You agree that you use the Service, and trade, entirely at your own risk and only with capital you can afford to lose.
11. Changes and termination
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or end access where you breach these Terms or where we discontinue a feature.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
